To be eligible to attend Pre-kindergarten in the Pasadena Independent School District a student must be four on or before September 1, 2022 (2022-2023) or September 1, 2023 (2023-2024), and meet one of the six eligibility guidelines listed below.
To qualify for a PK4 your child must be 4 on or before September 1, 2021 (2022-2023) or September 1, 2022 (2023-2024) and meet at least ONE of the following requirements:
If your child turns 4 by September 1st and does not qualify for Pre-k you may enroll in the district’s tuition program.
Your zoned school will be able to help you register in the tuition program if you are interested in enrolling your child.

You must live within the district boundaries to attend Pasadena ISD. Prior to starting the online process, you will need to know to which campus your home address is zoned. You must select your zoned campus during the online process.

Children of recipients of the Star of Texas Award: Certificate awarded to the parent of the child
Limited English Proficiency:
Homeless: Eligibility to be determined when identified by the Pasadena ISD Homeless Liaison in August.
