Cash donations up to $2,000 made to individual
campuses are subject to the approval of the principal, provided it
is designated for the direct benefit of needy students, improvement
of the instructional program, or improvement of the campus.
Upon approval and receipt of the funds, the
principal shall deposit such funds in the school’s activity
account.
The principal may appoint a committee of teachers
and representatives of the donating origination to suggest specific
uses for such funds. The principal shall approve all expenditures
and observe the District’s purchasing procedures when expending
donated funds.
