Journal entries We are fast approaching the end of the school year, which means the end of the 2009-2010 fiscal year will not be that far behind. The deadline to turn in 2009-2010 year-end journal entries to Kathy Edgar is August 31, 2010
**Reminder** Annual Business Office Procedure Meeting When: Friday, August 13, 2010 Time: 8:30 - 11:30 pm Elementary Campuses 1:00 – 4:00 pm Middle School Campuses Intermediate Campuses High School Campuses Alternative Campuses (Departments are welcome at either time) Where: Adm. Bldg. T Rooms Attendees: Principals Secretaries Bookkeepers And Staff that work with Financial Info We will be having our Annual Business Office Procedure Meeting for campuses and departments to go over the new changes in our Business Office Procedure Manual. Office Supply Vendors will have booths set up in the foyer and the Board Room from 10:30am to 2:00 pm for samples of new office supplies and to answer any questions! The Business Office Procedure Meeting will cover only Business Office Information for your particular area this year. We will have Elementary in the Morning and Secondary in the afternoon. Departments will be able to come to either meeting. Areas covered would be accounting, payroll, grants (activities), workers comp, budget, finance and purchasing issues. |
