Fairmont Travel Agency Procedures

Effective January 1, 2008, Fairmont Travel Agency will only make travel arrangements that are charged to a credit card.  There is no longer an option to make travel plans and have the District billed as in the past.

In order to address the campus travel needs, principals now have the option of using a PISD Travel Card to purchase airline tickets and make appropriate travel plans.  Principals may contact John Piscacek to acquire a PISD Travel Card.  You will have the option of continuing to use Fairmont Travel and paying with the travel card or purchasing the tickets yourself via the Internet at Southwest.com or another travel site.  For additional information on Travel Card procedures, see the web page for PISD Travel Cards.
