ARRA Data Accuracy


The reporting of ARRA Funds is to follow PISD account coding standards.  To aid in reporting, each federal/ARRA program will be assigned an Activity Code and Activity Category in the Information Technology Lawson accounting system.  Crystal Reports are available on the appropriate user's Dashboard to view, validate, and report data as necessary.

Reporting requirements are monitored by campuses, budget managers, and the Business Office.

To ensure the accuracy in the coding of personnel units, any coding of an employee to or from any federal fund will cause an automatic email in the Lawson software to be sent to the appropriate budget manger in charge of that program.  The budget manager will then review these changes to validate the accuracy of the data.
