Enter the ZG299 in the Lawson command field and press enter to get the above screen.
Complete the Job Name ZG299JP using your initials instead of mine. Complete Responsibility # and Year and click the Add tab.
The next time you need to run the report, after you type ZG299 in the Lawson command line, just click the down arrow beside the Job Name to get the above screen. You can then click on the job ZG299JP and it will enter it on the previous page. Click the Inquire tab to display your data selection criteria. Click Submit Job under Related Actions.
Click the Submit tab.
Click Print Files.
Click View and you will see the box below. Click Open.
You can click on the printer icon (3rd from the left to print your report) Click the X at the top right to close your PDF print screen and are back to the Lawson screen below. You can now go back to other Lawson programs.
If it looks like the Balance column on the report is being partially cut off, then close your PDF print window and click on Condensed 158. Now your print will all fit across the page.
