· The
District Business Office must review all contracts, lease and
maintenance agreements before signing.
· Principals
and Administrators are not authorized to sign on behalf of the District
without the expressed authority of the Superintendent, and having the
document reviewed by the Business Office or District Attorney prior to it
being signed.
· Contracts
up to $25,000 must be reviewed by the appropriate Associate Superintendent.
· Contracts
over $50,000 must be approved by the Board of Trustees or designated
representative.
