Asset Templates were created to be able to capture information from the RQ10, PO20, NS PO and the AP20. This information is then uploaded into the AM Asset Management System and creates an asset for each line item entered on you PO20.
Asset Templates are used for each Category: Furniture and Equipment (Capital Asset and Inventory)
Each Asset Template is made up of four parts: 199 F 109 151 199 Designates the Fund 199 F/I Designates Fixed assets (F) Inventory (I) in the example 109 Designates Campus Location in this example the campus is Jessup 151 Designates the Catalog Index Number
