Through Pasadena ISD’s partnership with Communities in Schools, we are able to identify barriers to success and address the students’ needs. CIS provides services that empower students to successfully learn, stay in school and achieve in life. The primary goal of this partnership is to provide students with the necessary resources, tools and real-world skills that give students the opportunity to be successful in school and beyond the classroom.

Our partnership with Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) provides telemedicine or telehealth programs to every school to help identify and assess the behavioral health needs of children and adolescents and provide free access to mental health services. Families interested in receiving TCHATT services for their student should contact their school counselor to learn more and to have a referral submitted.
