We ask that all event coverage requests are submitted at least 3 business days before your event. This will allow us to ensure that our team is available to attend. If your request is submitted within less than three days we can not guarantee that our department will be able to be present.
Information we will need before your event:
- Point of contact information
- Date and time of event
- Type of coverage needed (videos, photos, or both)
- Specific pictures or video clips that are needed
