...principals are supposed to send an RTF version of their campus plan via the website (if he/she chooses to do this online):

 

Here are instructions for converting the Campus Plan into RTF and then submitting it online:

 

From the Cimarron Campus Planner 2.3 Main Menu:

 

  1. Click Output

  2. Click Campus Plan

  3. Click Campus Plan Body

  4. Click Preview (a blue bar will go across the bottom of the screen)

  5. Click the Blue W at the top right (next to Close) – this will take a moment

  6. This should open Microsoft Word

  7. Go to FileŕSave As (the file will already be in the .rtf format)

  8. Click the drop menu to save it onto the desktop

  9. Click Save

 

From the Tarleton Assessment of Principals Campus Plan Upload Page…

  1. Click Browse

  2. Click the Drop Menu to choose Desktop (suggested that you save it here so it is easy to locate)

  3. Make sure that the Files of Type: reads All Files

  4. Locate the Goal_Campus.rtf file in the window

  5. Double click that file

AEIS and TAAS Information

In addition, principals are to send the AEIS and TAAS information via email to their Primary and Secondary Assessors.  Here are instructions on how to send the AEIS and TAAS information via email:

 

Go to http://www.tea.state.tx.us/perfreport/

 

  1. Click AEIS Reports (top left)

  2. Click appropriate year

  3. Click Campus Report

  4. Click Campus Number

  5. Scroll down – enter number in box

  6. Click Continue

  7. Go to File—Send to—Link by Email

  8. Enter the email addresses of Primary and Secondary Assessors

  9. Click Send
