Parking Permits
Parking is limited at South Houston High School. If you are a visitor, please use the map below to determine where you may park. Student parking spots are numbered, and students pay $20 for parking (please see the
counseling office for details). Please do not park in a student parking spot without the appropriate tag, as you may be ticketed and/or towed.
Substitute teachers should receive a temporary parking pass - which should be hung from your rear-view mirror - and may park in any empty faculty spot. If you are attending a staff development class at the campus on a regular school day, feel free to park in the faculty area, but please register your vehicle with the reception desk. Parking in all areas will be open on district staff development days.

South Houston High School is a sprawling campus consisting of a main building, two exterior gymnasiums, 3 exterior buildings, a score of portable classrooms, as well as an impressive array of athletic fields and out-buildings.
