lunch, and after school to use the Internet, do
information searches, study, check out materials, write
papers, read, browse, or explore. |
| Admits |
Before
school, during lunch, and after school,
sign in as you enter the library.
During class time sign in and sign out - you must have an
admit during school if you are not with a scheduled class.

ID's |
Your
student I.D. is your “Library card” . . . your access to
library privileges.
You must have a valid, current year ID to:
- check
out library materials
- use
the computers / Electronic
Resources - Internet

Checkouts |
Your student ID is required.
Please report a lost or stolen ID. Do not check out
materials for someone else.

period
- 4 item
limit per student
No checkout is allowed
with an overdue book out or a fine on your record.

Fines |
$.05 per book per day,
excluding holidays and weekends. Overdue notices will be
sent through homeroom teachers weekly.

Copiers |
All copies are $.10. A Xerox
copy machine is available for your use. It takes dollar
bills, quarters, dimes, and nickels.

|
Printers |
Black
and white copies ONLY - printed
from computers @ $.10 per page.
|
|
Interlibrary Loans |
Ask the
librarians to borrow books from other PISD libraries.
Allow 3-4 school days to
receive the requested material.
