Community Service Requirements 2007 - 2008

In order to be recognized at graduation, seniors must have completed 100 hours of community service.  Also, many colleges and scholarships require a certain amount of community service in order to be considered for either admission to the college or granting of the scholarship.  Community service must be completed and documented through the school before graduation, and students can obtain documentation from the school to be included in their admissions packets or scholarship information.

Certain requirements must be followed by students to obtain credit for their community service.  They are as follows: Community service forms are available from Mrs. Brogan, counselor’s secretary, or from Mrs. Beaudry in the J-Hall.  Return completed forms to the box located in Mrs. Brogan’s office.  Students are to keep the pink copy of the completed form for their records.  Questions about community service may be directed to Mrs. Kathy Beaudry.
