South Houston High School Scantron Order Form
Welcome to the SHHS Interactive Scantron Ordering System (ISOS).  Please fill in the form completely and hit submit to order scantrons for 6-week and semester testing.  If you need scantron forms for any other departmental testing, please see your department chair.  All fields are required.
