Instructors - Mr. John Parker (jparker@pasadenaisd.org)/Mr. Chris Wasson (cwasson@pasadenaisd.org)

Re-build an engine, put on a new exhaust, align the wheels, learn about the electronic fuel injection, work on state-of-the-art auto computer modules -- all this and more is available in the Automotive Technology program.

You will learn about maintenance and service repair, diagnose vehicle problems, and replace parts and components of various systems. The work of auto service technicians and mechanics has evolved from mechanical repair to a high technology job. Workers use computerized shop equipment and work with electronics as well as their hand tools.
