Located west of Almeda Mall, Jessup Elementary is nestled among the trees on Almeda Genoa Road. Jessup has been part of the South Belt community for over 30 years and was named after former local judge Charles Jessup.
Jessup has a
pre-kindergarten through fourth grade program with many supplemental
programs to enrich the regular curriculum. Some of these include
ESL/Bilingual, Special Education (resource, content mastery and speech),
Gifted and Talented, Title 1, peer and staff mediators, safety patrols,
Scholastic Reader and extended day and year services.
