Welcome to the P.I.S.D. Robotics webpage. It is home to Team 231 High Voltage. The robotics program is associated with USfirst.org which promotes science and technology in high schools. It consists of students from five schools including Sam Rayburn, Pasadena Memorial, South Houston, Dobie and Pasadena High School.

2004
Kick off was a success and the game has been decided. This year's game shares an equal involvement between both human and non-human players. The objective is to score goals by making your robot gather the arena balls and distributing them to the human players outside the court. Then the human players must shoot the balls into goals within 2 minutes. Of these two minutes, 15 seconds is autonomous, and a minute and 45 seconds is human control. Robots are also required to release a trigger or "bonus" ball in the beginning in order to obtain the other shooting balls. Players may also use multiplier balls to double the goal scores and may choose to try and hang from a central bar which is suspended 10 feet in the air by the end of the match.
