Red Bluff Elementary has an active Parent-Teacher Organization. The objectives of the
organization are:

To promote the welfare
of children and youth in home, school, community and place of
worship.

To provide opportunities
for parenting education according to standards set forth by the
state of Texas.

To secure and inform
faculty and parents about the care and protection of children.

To bring into closer
relation the home and the school, so that parents and teachers may
cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth.

To develop among
educators, parents and the general public such unified efforts as to
secure for all children the highest advantages in physical, mental,
social and spiritual education.
