Genia Ripley, Office Manager, came to the District in 1985 as part of the clerical staff of a school before she joined the PISD Police Department in 1987 as Secretary/Dispatcher.  She has worked many positions in the Department from receptionist, dispatcher, records, secretarial.  Her current position as Office Manager is responsible for budgeting, purchasing and receiving, payroll, contract officers payroll, property and evidence technician, evidence destruction and forfeiture, inventory control, gang awareness records, metal detector training and deployment, and Departmental TCLEOSE reporting.

Bobbie Scott, Records Manager, was employed by the PISD PD in February, 1989, as a part time clerk.  In September, 1989, she became a full time Dispatcher/Secretary.  Her current title is Records Manager and she is responsible for all case management, correlation with the various courts, preparation and submission of the Uniform Crime Report to the FBI, and fingerprinting all new employees for the District.

Cathy Tucker, Crossing Guard Supervisor, was first employed in the Transportation Department of the District in 1985, where she dispatched for six years.  Cathy transferred to the Police Department as a Dispatcher 1995, and was promoted to Supervisor of the Crossing Guards on 1999.  She currently supervises 60 employees and and provides relief and assistance to the Dispatchers and Records Division.

Kathlene Smith, Dispatcher, was employed by the PISD PD on January 06, 2003.  She brings extensive dispatching experience from the private sector from 1985 to 1991.

Rick Saldana, Dispatcher, was employed by the PISD PD on July 29, 2003.  He comes with experience in private enterprise.

Michelle Agerton, Dispatcher, was employed by the PISD PD on 09-01-04.  She had worked in the Dispatch Operations part-time since 12-04-03, and comes from an Industrial background.

Keri L. Smith, Dispatcher, was employed by PISD PD, on 01-25-06, in a part-time capacity.  She is fully certified in Dispatch Operations.

Hilda Guardado, Dispatcher, was employed by the PISD PD in August, 2006.  She has prior experience as a dispatcher, and worked for the District for eight years at Pasadena High School.
