The Pasadena Independent School District has five High Schools throughout the 85 square miles of its boundaries.  The boundaries include three municipalities, The City of South Houston, Houston, and Pasadena, as well as un-incorporated areas of Harris County.  Each High School serves as the basis for designating four patrol districts.

In addition to providing School-based Officers, District Patrol Officers, and Investigators, the PISD Police Department provides presentations, canine services, emergency response, a trading card program, a ride-along program, and crime stopper information.
