Illustrated Timeline- East and Southeast Asia
1.
Each student will be given two index cards for their assigned
portion of the timeline.
2.
Write up your event like a newspaper reporter: Answer the big
questions about your topic answering who, what, where, when, why,
how… and giving perspective about the importance of the event to the
region, history, and humanity of culture.
3.
One card will be for an illustration. Be sure to pick a picture or
map or visual aid with visual impact. It should represent your
event or person.
4.
The second card will be for your information. Write neatly and be
sure to adequately cover the topic and answer all the questions…(
see #2 above )
5.
Each card should have a border and be completely colored and
decorated.
6.
Remember this is a project grade. BE NEAT. BE CREATIVE. BE
COLORFUL.
7.
The top of your information card should have the DATE and THE EVENT
in ALL CAPS! (It would be good to do this part in fine line
Marker.)
