Highly Qualified Teacher Progress Report
This report is required as part of meeting the Highly Qualified Teacher Requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act.

What is "Highly Qualified?"
To be Highly Qualified under NCLB, a teacher must have:
1. at least a Bachelor's Degree; and
2. full state certification; and
3. demonstrated competency in the core academic subjects assigned.
