Salary Range:  $164.13 - $251.80

                       $39,393 - $60,434 / Annual   (Compensation for experience)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Associates, or Technical degree

• Minimum of at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Requirements:

• Knowledge of computer workstation setup.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications.
• Ability to install, maintain network printers and troubleshoot printing problems
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP, configuration and troubleshooting experience
• Experience in Windows XP/Vista desktop support
• Excellent organizational, documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills (Visio experience a plus)
• Experience with Anti-virus and Anti-spyware solutions.  McAfee experience a plus.
• MS group policy preferred
• Knowledge of IP telephony
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing needs
• Work well with other technical and management professionals

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

• Establish and maintain the districts standards for network configuration.
• Installation, configuration, modification and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
• Provide day-to-day support for the district's workstations, network printers, and software packages.
• Provide software support to end-users on Microsoft Office Suite (2003/2007)
• Provide software support on specific applications on servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workstation, software problems and network printers.
• Other duties as assigned
