Qualifications:

• Mid-Management/ Principal/ or within 6 semester hours of completing Principal certification

• Three years teaching experience

Preference:

• Bilingual

• Experience teaching at the Intermediate level

• Superior oral and written communication skills with a diverse community, student body and faculty

• Knowledgeable about the current trends and research in secondary school reform

• Knowledgeable about TEKS based instruction, research-based instructional strategies and "best practices."

• Team player who brings a collaborative spirit and a servant attitude to the Leadership Team

• Efficient organizational and time management skills
