Pay Grade:  AD00
Duty Days: 205
Effective Date: 2010-2011 School Year
Salary Range: $59,961 - $91,195 / (Commensurate with experience)

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or within six semester hours of a Master's Degree

• Three years teaching experience

• SBEC Counselor Certification

Preference:

• High School experience

• Bilingual

• Counselor experience

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledgeable about TEKS based instruction, research-based instructional strategies, and current high school reform movements

• Experience working with special populations  

• TAKS/SDAA testing administrator/coordination experience

• Team player who brings a collaborative spirit and servant attitude to the Leadership Team

• Efficient organizational and time-management skills
