Salary Range: $67,841-$101,910/Year (commensurate with qualifications)

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree

• Bilingual/ESL certification

• Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish and English fluently

• Minimum five years teaching experience with at least 3 of the 5 years in bilingual/ESL

• Knowledge of  federal, state and local rules and policies for the bilingual/ESL program

Preference:

• Principal certificate or Mid-Management 

• Trained in ILD and PDAS      

• Demonstrated instructional proficiency in early childhood that addresses the needs of all learners

• Background and experience in curriculum planning and development

• Training in and ability to work with administrators, teachers, parents and students concerning learning differences

• Extensive staff development background and demonstrated proficiency in the delivery of staff development and the facilitation of adult learning
