• Mainframe/computer experience, database and spreadsheet, windows, excel, 10 key calculator proficiency

• Record keeping and file maintenance

• Ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions without supervision
• Ability to communicate with general public in person and on telephone
• Highly attentive to details
