  this form should be used only for exempt employees
   

• Appraisal - Instructional Aide
  this form should be used only for instructional aides
   

• Appraisal - Paraprofessional Evaluation
  this form should be used only for secretaries, clerks and clerical aides.
   

•   All other Appraisals should be done in the eduphoria! system. (Paraprofessional and Instructional Aides will be appraised in eduphoria! next year)
