Completed Projects: The 2004 Pasadena ISD Bond Program

Earnesteen Milstead Middle School

Named after longtime Pasadena ISD principal and educator Earnesteen Milstead, this new fifth and sixth grade campus opened to students in August 2007. The campus is located on Gilpin, located just off  of State Highway 3 and Edgebook.

 

 

Carter Lomax Middle School

The school opened in January 2008 and houses students in fifth and sixth grades from the Bondy Intermediate, Turner Elementary, Teague Elementary, and Genoa Elementary. The school is named after longtime Pasadena ISD administrator and teacher Carter Lomax. The campus is located on Almeda-Genoa Road near the intersection of Beltway 8.

Laura Welch Bush Elementary School

With excitement and anticipation filling the air, the hallways of Laura Welch Bush Elementary School finally came to life as the bright-eyed faces of the schools’ first-ever students poured through the doors and into their classrooms on the first day of school on Aug. 10, 2006.

 
Rick Schneider Middle School

It was a night where Rick Schneider couldn’t help but wear an ear-to-ear smile. The retired Pasadena ISD superintendent visited with students, old friends and colleagues as they paid tribute to him at the formal dedication of Rick Schneider Middle School. The school, which houses fifth and sixth graders, opened in August 2006 and is located on Easthaven near Almeda Mall.
