Local veterans will be honored during halftime ceremonies of the Sam Rayburn-Pasadena High football game on Nov. 10. The event is being held in observance of the dedication of Veterans Memorial Stadium and Veterans’ Day.

Game time is at 7 p.m. and the stadium is located at the intersection of Dabney and Burke.

Veterans from around the area are invited to be recognized at this event. The event will feature patriotic music from high school bands, along with many other festivities.

For those veterans who attend, members of the school ROTC corps will escort you into the stadium. Veterans are asked to identify themselves to the ROTC members so they may be properly recognized.
