The Pasadena ISD Board of Trustees approved a pay increase for all employees for the 2007-2008 school year at its regular May meeting.  

With the increase, the salary for a beginning teacher in the district increases to $40,789. The raise is based on 3-percent of the midpoint for each pay grade.
