Tiffany Bennett was appointed the new principal at Genoa Elementary School. She as been an educator in Pasadena ISD for 15 years, most recently as assistant principal at Richey Elementary School. 

Bennett’s years as an educator have been entirely at Richey Elementary. She began her career as a kindergarten teacher at the school in 1992, before being named the campus peer facilitator in 2000. In 2004, she split time between Richey and Fisher elementary schools as an assistant principal before assuming the position solely on the Richey campus in 2006. 

Bennett earned her bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in 1992 and was awarded her master’s from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 1996.
