Red Bluff Elementary second grade student Miranda Cortez was the second-grade first place winner in the Pasadena Fire Department Fire Prevention Poster Contest. Her poster was chosen from all posters submitted by second graders in Pasadena ISD.  Miranda’s teacher is Mrs. Sharon Calo.
