Mission

The mission of McMasters Elementary is to provide the students with an environmental setting that will allow teachers to assist them in reaching their potential growth both academically and socially.  Through past experiences, teachers realize that a strong foundation in phonetics will serve as a catalyst in aiding students to become avid readers as early as kindergarten.  Furthermore, it is the basic premises of the faculty that all students should experience success in a positive learning atmosphere.
