Sex Offenders

Pursuant to Chapter 62, Code of Criminal Procedures, amended by the 75th Session of the Texas Legislature, effective as of September 1, 1997, we have been notified that the following person(s) have been convicted or adjudicated for an offense of sexual nature against a child under 17 years of age and are currently residing in the Pasadena Independent School District.  As provided in the above identified statute, the local law enforcement authority shall include the notice to the administrator any information the authority determines is necessary to protect the public, except, the offenders social security number, drivers license number and home telephone number; any information that would identify the victim of the offense for which the person is subject to registration.
