Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday    7:00a.m. - 5:30p.m.

Thursday & Friday    7:00a.m. - 3:30p.m.

Our all-computerized library facility serves an average of 850 students.  There are 6 computers available in the library for the students to search for materials as well as for searching the Internet.

The library has a collection of approximately 25,000 books and Audio Visual materials and continues to grow at a fast pace. We also subscribe to 36 magazines for children and professionals.

Various reading incentives are offered to the students through the library as well as through their classroom teacher such as:

• various book contests and other reading activities throughout the year
• the Accelerated Reader Program
• Book Fairs
• Book Parades
• Authors & Story Tellers
• Weekly Story Time for lower grades
• 6 Hour Reading Club
• Bluebonnet Reading Club
  
• Literature Appreciation
• Library and Research Skills done on a flexible schedule
  

Students come to the library as a class or can come on an individual basis any day of the week and as often as needed to check out books.

Our book circulation is an average of 14,000 books per month.
