L.F. Smith Elementary strives to be a place where students feel a sense of community.     It is a place where students shall and will achieve their highest academic potential through a love for learning. It is a place where students are guided to search for new answers and creative ideas that are relevant to their world. The students at L.F. Smith Elementary demonstrate compassion and consideration by treating others with dignity and respect. They recognize and appreciate the diversity of others, which begins with a value of one’s country, a value of one’s family, and most of all, a value of one’s self.
