Located west of Almeda Mall, Jessup
Elementary is a small school nestled among the trees on Almeda Genoa
Road. Jessup has been part of this community for over 30 years and was
named after a local judge, Charles D. Jessup, Sr.
"The Sky is the Limit" is the motto
for Jessup’s students, faculty and community. Students realize and
achieve their greatest potential in life with the help of parents,
teachers, staff,
and community members.
Jessup has a pre-kindergarten through
fourth grade program with many supplemental programs to enrich our
students' academic curriculum, including ESL/Bilingual, Special
Education (resource, content mastery and speech), Gifted and Talented,
Music, the Habitat, Science, Technology, Physical Education,
Title 1, peer and staff mediators, safety patrols, Scholastic Reader and
extended day and year services.
