Importing Class Lists into Grade Machine

1. Click here to download the jackson.flt file. Choose "Save this file to disk," and save it in the C:\GMWIN68\FILTERS folder. Click Close after the file has been downloaded. Note: If you have saved GradeMachine to another folder, browse to this folder and save the file there.

2. Open GradeMachine

3. Select File > New Class (see Figure 1).

4. Click File > Import...(see Figure 2)

5. Select the Jackson filter, and click OK (see Figure 3).

6. Browse to where your class files were saved, and select the appropriate file (i.e., per1.txt, per2.txt etc.). Click OK.

7. You should now see your class list (see Figure 4).

8. Repeat steps 3 - 7 for all other classes.
