WRITERS' TEA October 24, 2008 |
| In our
Gardens fourth grade, we have some fantastic writers! We celebrate
them every other month by having a Writers' Tea. The best
compositions are chosen, parents and community are invited, and the
writers get to read their best work to an audience. After the
sharing, they have tea (or hot chocolate or punch) and cookies (we
considered having crumpets, but we don't have such things in Texas.
And tea and grits didn't sound inviting.) Here are our celebrities for October. |
