HERE COME THE JUDGE!
On Tuesday, November 13, 2001, Harris County Judge Robert Eckels hosted an awards dinner and celebration, "A Salute to 2001 Volunteers", at the Reliant Astrodome. Our Gardens' contingent of the East Harris County Youth Program was invited as guests, mostly because they are THE BEST!!! The children are well-known as one of the best-behaved and most mannerly groups, and there haven't been too many complaints about the adults either!
