Student Life

This summer, 20 students at Freeman were invited to participate in a technology summer camp. If you ask the students, they would tell you it was a lot of work, but even more so, a whole lot of fun! Students were challenged to pick an animal in their given category, either reptiles or sharks. After they chose their animal, they researched the animal and created a powerpoint about their choice. after completing their powerpoint, they made a movie about the animal, recording their voice throughout to tell about it. The final day of camp, we presented the project to the parents and then welcomed Armond Bayou and a shark expert into the class for a great learning experience. We look forward to offering this camp again in the years to come.
