- Prices
- Prices listed on brochure include paper goods and labor. Events
served after 2:00 p.m. will have a time and a half labor charge
added to the total cost. Plastic service ware may be purchased
for an additional charge. If the kitchen is used a cafeteria employee
must be on duty. Events occuring on the weekend or non-duty
days will be charged a minium of 3 hours at the overtime rate per
Board policy.
- Scheduling
- Orders must be placed 7 working days in advance. There will be a 15% service
charge added to all orders that are not made within this time frame.
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the event or customers
will be billed 30%of the cost of the catering.
