Prices
Prices include all paper supplies. Events occurring after 3:00 PM during the normal duty week will be charged for every hour after 3:00 PM. Please call for the overtime rate of the employee(s) used. Events occuring on the weekend or non-duty days will be charged a minium of 3 hours at the overtime rate per Board policy.
Scheduling
  1. Events must be scheduled a minimum of 7 days in advance.
  2. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the event or customers will be charged.
  3. If the kitchen is used, a cafeteria employee must be on duty. The organization requesting the event will be charged special event labor as required by Board policy.
