Karen Holt, principal at South Houston Elementary, will be coordinating the Susan Komen Fundraising event and T-shirt sales. We have developed a separate form, Remittance - Susan Komen T-Shirt Sales, for the remittance of t-shirt sales for the Susan Komen fundraiser. The t-shirts will be sold at a sales price that includes the sales tax. On your remittance form, enter the total sales collected in the column titled "T-Shirt Sales". The remittance form will calculate the appropriate sales tax and enter it in the Sales Tax Collected column. The net collections amount (less sales tax) will be entered in the club revenue account 865.00.118.000.118.2191.000. After entering your T-shirt sales amount, be sure to enter the currency, coin, and checks breakdown at the bottom of the page.
