Proofreading is the practice of checking your work for SPELLING, SPACING and GRAMMAR problems.

2 spaces are needed at the end of a sentence/question.

1 space is needed between words and AFTER other punctuation marks.

The computer’s SPELL CHECK may be used, but it is not always right, so spell check yourself.

A good idea is to read from the END to the BEGINNING. That way you can look at each word instead of predicting what words are without actually looking at them .
