Technology Education Lab Supplies
Dear students and parents,I would like to offer you a very warm welcome to Queens Intermediate for the year 2005. I hope that you are as excited as I am to begin this, your last semester at Technology Lab before going on to your next grade or the High School.
I am Mr. Zaidi, and I will be your Technology teacher this semester. During this exciting semester, we will learn many things and acquire many skills that will be useful to you in the years to come.
You can expect several grades each week consisting of bookwork, computer-presentations, class-work, quizzes, tests, and/or labs.
You will need the following materials for your own personal use:
- 1. pens (Only black or blue ink are acceptable to write. Other colors of ink may be used to highlight)
- 2. 4 Floppy Disks
- 3. school ruled paper
- 4. # 2 Pencils,
- 5. one small plastic pencil Sharpener
- 6. one white color pencil eraser
Each student is asked to provide one of each of the following for class use:
| 1st period: | Kleenex, roll of paper towels, clear tape | 5th period: | Kleenex, roll of paper towels, clear tape |
| 2nd period: | Kleenex, roll of paper towels, clear tape | 6th period: | Kleenex, roll of paper towels, clear tape |
| 4th period: | Kleenex, roll of paper towels, clear tape | 7th period: | Kleenex, roll of paper towels, clear tape |
Every day, you will be responsible for the following:
- Bring your material to class, pencil and paper.
- Be in your seat, ready to work, when the bell rings.
- Observe laboratory safety rules at all times. For your safety and that of your classmates, removal from the lab will be necessary if any rules are broken.
- Comply with all school and class rules provided to you.
