How to Receive a Campus Order

**A Requisition can only be "Received" if the status of the order is In Transit. Your campus is given 1 week from the time your order is dropped off (by Jack/Textbooks) to "Receive" the order. If your campus has not "Received" by the end of that week our office will automatically "Receive" it for you.
1.
Press the “Inventory
Icon”
on
the side bar in Hayes.
2.
Under the
subcategory , click on "Campus Requisitions".
3.
Select the
requisition that needs to be received by pressing the “book cart icon”
on
the line of the requisition name. It is located at the far right of the
screen.
This opens the requisition. IT DOES NOT RECEIVE THE BOOKS.
4. To receive the books, you can:
a. Receive each book separately by pressing the “book cart icon”
on
each line item; or
b.
you can receive the whole requisition by pressing the
“receive all” icon
located
at the top of the book listing to the right of the screen.
CAUTION:
THIS STEP IS VERY IMPORTANT AND MUST BE COMPLETED EACH TIME BOOKS ARE RECEIVED AT THE CAMPUS. THIS KEEPS THE CAMPUS INVENTORY CORRECT.

Nature of the problem
Someone from the textbook office will contact you via email when the problem has been corrected.
