Guidelines:
The Production Center is a wonderful
place full of supplies and equipment purchased for you as a District employee to
use. The equipment we have in our facility is expensive for both purchase
and upkeep. We want everyone to feel welcome and at home. Our goal
is to make our facility so welcoming that you look forward to and enjoy
coming to work and visit us here in our Production Center, so we've set up some
guidelines everyone needs to follow while using our facilities:
* If
this is your first visit to the Media Production Center, please let us know so
we can show you around.

Please treat everyone with the courtesy that you would wish to be treated with
in return. Remember, everyone is here for the same purpose that you are.
* All
supplies that are here in Media productions are for use only in our facility.
You may use as much construction paper or colored paper to cut die-cuts or other
instructional projects that you would like to while here; however, you may not
take any extra supplies with you as you leave. Unfortunately our
budget does not allow us to give construction paper away for use outside the
center. If you have need for large amounts of full sheet
construction paper or other papers, you must purchase those through your school
Principal or Secretary.

Please remember that this is a shared workspace and we want everyone to have a
clean, neat space to work in. Please put all materials and die-cuts back
in their proper place after use so that they are available for the next user.

Our equipment is expensive and could be dangerous if used improperly. As a
result, children under the age of 16 are not allowed in
the production area. No exceptions.
** If you
have any questions or need assistance please don't hesitate to ask. We
welcome any suggestions you have to help update our facility.
We're
