Insert the key in the top lock of the cart.
Then, turn the key and the black dial
counter-clockwise 90 degrees.
Insert the other key in the bottom lock of the cart.
Then, turn
the key and the black dial clockwise 90 degrees.
The keys will look like this when you have completed the previous steps.
You may now open the cart doors.
Once you have opened the cart and removed the laptops, close the cart doors, re-lock the dials, and remove the keys.
